Making up 12% of New York City’s population, Asian Pacific Americans are by percentage the fastest growing community.  As we continue to grow in numbers, the strength of the Asian Pacific American voice has increased.  Asian Pacific Americans have gained political power and advocates have raised awareness of the issues and priorities of our community.  Despite our growth, Asian Pacific American children and families continue to face substantial barriers in accessing vital services such as education and health care. 

What to expect?  Please join in on conversations with decision makers, funders, practitioners, organizers, advocates, researchers and the media as we explore the accomplishments and best practices of working with New York City’s Asian Pacific American community.
