The CACF Leadership Institute is the heart of our leadership development work to build systemic change. We bring together AAPI and allied youth, parents, and colleagues from our member organizations to cultivate the leadership mindsets and advocacy skills necessary for a more equitable future.
By fostering deep relationships and civic expertise, we ensure that AAPI New Yorkers are driving tangible improvements in our schools, our streets, and our city’s future. We aren’t just speaking to power—we are exercising it.
