In December 2023, CACF released “The 18% and Growing Campaign: A Guide To The Discretionary Process,” a detailed guide which both introduces the goals of our budget advocacy campaign and clearly explains the discretionary process to members and partners.

The primary goal of this toolkit is to assist community- and advocacy-based organizations on how to build narratives and cultivate effective testimonials and community driven stories centered around the AAPI Diaspora as an asset to effect positive impact and promote social justice.

In October 2023, the Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF) released “Community Review of Translations: Guide for Incorporating a Community Review Process for Translated Materials,” a new guide aimed at both public and private entities across industries who intend to create culturally responsive materials in languages other than English.
