Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF) Voluntarily Recognizes CACF Workers United
New York, NY (July — The Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF) has voluntarily recognized CACF Workers United as the collective bargaining representative of its eligible non-supervisory staff following confirmation of majority support through a mutually agreed-upon card check process.
For 40 years, CACF has served as the nation's only pan-Asian children and families advocacy organization, working to advance equity and opportunity for marginalized Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) children and families across New York. Through coalition-building, leadership development, and policy advocacy, CACF works alongside communities to create systems change that ensures all New Yorkers can thrive.
CACF respects the right of employees to organize and recognizes the important role that worker voice plays in building healthy organizations. CACF is committed to approaching the collective bargaining process in good faith, with the shared goal of strengthening the organization and advancing its mission on behalf of New York's diverse AAPI communities.
